Catherine Pigeon

Catherine joined the Oak Group board in December 2021. Catherine is responsible for overseeing the Group risk management and corporate governance control framework developing and implementing such policies to ensure consistency across the Group whilst enabling the Group to react speedily to political, legislative and regulatory challenges.

Catherine is an excellent ambassador for all things Compliance having had a great deal of experience in Regulatory Compliance during her career. Catherine’s enthusiasm is infectious and she sets a high standard which permeates throughout the Group.

Catherine is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("FCCA") and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ("STEP").

Outside of work

Catherine is a keen golfer although has not yet found a perfect swing. When not on the golf course, Catherine can be seen out with her two border terriors or cycling in the lanes on her e-bike. One of Catherine’s loves is baking, she will often tempt us with her delicious bakes all of which are just too good to resist.
