Our Fund Services business based in Guernsey is seeking an Administrator to join our Company Secretarial team.

This role will be responsible for day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base, such as arranging and attending client board meetings, taking minutes, maintenance of corporate records and performing general administrative duties to ensure that our clients receive consistent high-quality service.

The successful candidate will have Company Secretarial experience and holds or is currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
