Our Guernsey compliance team is seeking a Manager to join on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for working with the Head of Compliance who has responsibility for Oak entities in Guernsey, providing support within the function, including compliance monitoring and specific projects as required. Additionally, this will involve advising and reporting to Key Business Partners on business issues and standards to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in Compliance eg. ICA with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
