About David

David joined Oak in 2024 as Group Chief Operating Officer. With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has gained a vast amount of experience through roles within technology consulting firms, Logica and Accenture. He has also held senior global roles at one of the large trust and corporate service providers. In addition, he has experience in designing and implementing target operating models, streamlining operational processes using a capability model approach, and deploying fit for purpose end to end technologies solutions.

David holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Brighton, UK and the Institute of Directors (IoD) Company Direction Programme Diploma. He is based in Oak’s Guernsey office.

Outside of work

David is a big Formula 1 fan, a proud husband to his wife, father of two children and can often be found running the coastal paths of Guernsey very early morning with the family’s black Labrador (“Buddy”).
