With over 30 years’ experience, Graeme specialises in the diligent provision of offshore management and control for a significant range of complex corporate structures and transactions, leading a team of highly trained, high-performing professionals working with a dynamic portfolio of clients from all over the world. ​

His relentless attention to detail and tailoring services, ensures that Oak meets the unique requirements of each client, providing a proactive, quality service that ensures long term relationships with successful international businesses. ​

Graeme has represented the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants on the Jersey Financial Services Commission Registry User Group. He was also an executive member of the Jurisdictional Review Implementation Groups for Jersey Funds and Corporate Services, working closely with the Chief Minister’s Department and Jersey Finance Limited. ​

Graeme is also Director of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners (Jersey) Limited whose mission is to encourage sustainable investments and play a leading role in delivering 'net zero' infrastructure solutions to accelerate industrial decarbonisation. ​

Outside of work​

Outside of Oak, Graeme loves to spend time with his twin children and can be found browsing music shops as an avid guitar collector.​
