Sarah Earles

Sarah has over thirteen years of experience in fund administration she brings a wealth knowledge in private equity and venture capital fund administration. ​

Sarah joined Oak in July 2021 as an Associate Director in the Funds and Corporate team and is responsible for servicing, and where required acting as director to, regulated, unregulated and listed Jersey, Guernsey and UK domiciled fund structures across a variety of different asset classes including information technology, life sciences, real estate and renewable energy infrastructure. ​

Sarah holds a BA(Hons) degree in History of Art from the University of Sussex and is a qualified Company Secretary having completed the ICSA Chartered Secretary Qualifying Scheme. Sarah is currently studying towards obtaining the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. ​

Outside of Oak ​

Sarah is the Treasurer of a local charity supporting Jersey residents and actively participates in their local fundraising and awareness activities.

Sarah is also a keen sportswoman being captain of a local women’s coastal rowing team who recently won gold at the Welsh Rowing Coastal Championships and has represented the island at the Commonwealth Rowing Association’s Beach Sprint Championships in Namibia. Sarah is also the manager of Jersey’s beach sprint rowing team which is sponsored by Oak Group. ​
