Sophie Ferbrache

About

Sophie joined Oak in April 2024 as Head of Marketing, Communication & Business Development. She is based primarily in Guernsey but supports the group’s overall marketing and business development strategy across all four jurisdictions.

She brings a wealth of experience and commercial knowledge having held marketing, project management and product development roles across various sectors. Sophie joined from Collas Crill where she led the Business Development and Marketing team.

As part of Oak’s Commercial team Sophie works closely with our CCO, Kate Clouston, to align marketing activities with Oak’s business goals and values. Sophie has a crucial role in helping Oak achieve its transformative growth goals. She has a passion for formalising processes, procedures and systems to help enable growth in new business and client retention.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Sophie enjoys travelling, especially traveling for food. She is never happier then when sharing restaurant tips and visiting local food markets. When at home in Guernsey you can find her in the kitchen or on yoga mat.
