Katie Booth

Convened under the theme “Wealth Preservation Strategies in a Recalibrating World” the Summit brings together leading investors, advisors and fiduciary professionals to explore how global structural shifts are reshaping approaches to preserving and stewarding wealth.

Katie will share her insights on the panel “Durability by Design: A Framework for Evaluating Wealth Jurisdictions” alongside Ivylyn Cassar of Equity Bank Bahamas. The session will examine the key criteria underpinning jurisdictional selection, including legal continuity, institutional maturity, regulatory predictability and ecosystem depth, factors increasingly critical in today’s evolving landscape.

Drawing on her extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, Katie will share insights into how robust fiduciary frameworks and carefully selected jurisdictions can support long-term resilience, continuity and generational wealth stewardship.

Based in Nassau, Katie has played a central role in shaping Oak Bahamas since 2018 and continues to support the development of the Bahamas as a leading international financial centre. In her group-wide role at Opera, she leads the delivery of integrated private office services across jurisdictions, focused on governance, structuring, succession planning and risk management for complex international families.

Her participation underscores Opera’s commitment to contributing to global dialogue on best practices in wealth preservation and fiduciary excellence.
