In April 2025, Opera Limited expanded Oak Group through the acquisition of Amber Trust Ltd. This strategic move increased Oak’s team to over 250 employees, operating across five jurisdictions.

Headed by Managing Director Katie Booth, who has extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families on fiduciary asset structuring, wealth succession and family governance, with a particular focus on the design and operation of single-family offices. Beginning her career as a private client Lawyer, Katie transitioned into senior leadership roles at banks, including Butterfield where she established the International Private Office in Mayfair. She is recognised for her deep technical expertise and commercial insight in the consolidation, preservation and succession of assets for some of the world’s wealthiest entrepreneurs.
Cappucienne Richardson is Head of Trust Administration, leading the team in delivering outstanding service to clients. With over 20 years of experience, she has supported client across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North America and South America and is widely known for her deep expertise in trust and estate planning, compliance and risk management.
Nia Rolle-Campbell serves as General Counsel and Head of Family Office Services. She brings deep expertise in private client services, including trusts, asset protection and estate planning for clients with multigenerational wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals and families. Nia leads legal and the provision of family office services for the Bahamas office, regularly collaborating with global external advisors and service providers to ensure tailored, compliant and sophisticated solutions that align with each client’s long-term goals and often cross-border needs.
Taryn Gordon is a Senior Trust Officer, overseeing a portfolio of complex client relationships, including trusts, corporate structures and private trust companies. With nearly two decades of financial services experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a meticulous approach to relationship management, financial analysis, investments and regulatory compliance.
Lacinia Symonette, Senior Trust Officer, brings more than 25 years of experience in company, partnership and trust administration, with a particular focus on the administration of complex succession planning structures. She administers a diverse portfolio of clients encompassing companies, trusts, foundations and private trust companies, many of which involve sophisticated, multi-layered structures and a wide range of asset types.
In July, Acquilla Aranha joined the team as the sixth team member in The Bahamas.
