26 June 2025 Oak Group expands its team to drive forward Project Overture

Oak Group, an international provider of private client, fund administration and corporate services, is pleased to announce several key appointments to support parent company, Opera’s five-year strategic plan called Project Overture.

Strategic communications  

Hannah Maden-Adams has joined Oak as M&A Communications Manager on a six-month contract. Based in Jersey, Hannah brings over 18 years’ experience in communications and change management, having held senior roles with the Government of Jersey, Bailiff’s Chambers and States Assembly. 

She will work closely with both the Commercial and People & Culture teams, headed up by Kate Finlayson, Chief Commercial Officer and Anna Sauvarin, Chief People Officer. Her role will focus on aligning messaging across the business, setting high communication standards and ensuring clarity and consistency in how Oak tells its transformation story under Project Overture

Growth in the Transformation and Technology teams 

Oak has also expanded its Transformation team with the following recent appointments in Jersey: 

  • Katie Dix, Senior Programme Manager, FTC 
  • Jake Willis, Programme Manager, FTC 
  • Luke Kellett, Programme Manager, FTC 
  • Jemima Houze, Business Analyst 
  • Michael Raphael, Data Analyst 

The team is led by Jibran Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, and Will O’Dwyer, Transformation Lead, who recently outlined their vision in an article on driving transformation. As we continue to expand our team with more key hires, these new hires will play a central role in delivering key change initiatives across Oak’s operations. 

Additionally, the Technology team, led by John Doublard, has expanded with the appointment of: 

  • Wesley Nell, Technology Solutions Manager in Jersey 
  • Raginee Sooklall, Data Engineer in Mauritius 
  • Fabrice Reine de Carthage, Service Desk Analyst in Mauritius
