This achievement represents the first successful retail VASP registration in Jersey, a significant milestone for the jurisdiction’s digital asset landscape.
The Oak team was led by Jo Gorrod, Managing Director, supported by Graeme Paton, Director and Head of Funds and Corporate, alongside Chris Clarke, Head of Compliance. Carey Olsen’s team, led by Christopher Griffin, advised MoonPay on the legal and regulatory aspects of the application, working closely with the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).
