This is a diverse role which is pivotal to business success and integral in continuing the reputation of Oak as a client focused business which meets and exceeds client expectations. The role is part of a small team within Corporate Services and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business. The role holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring that the business of each client is managed in accordance with the relevant laws and the standard of client services set by Oak, in liaison with the relevant Corporate Services Director.​

The ideal candidate will already hold a relevant professional qualification e.g. ACCA, STEP, ICSA with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector and/or at least 10 years industry experience.
