Our Jersey office is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager on a temporary basis to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day administration of a varied portfolio of Corporate and Fund structures, alongside building and maintaining strong client relationships.
This is a diverse, hands on role that is central to Oak’s continued success and reputation as a client focused business that meets and exceeds client expectations.
The role sits within a small team in the Corporate & Funds function and requires the post holder to work both independently and collaboratively across the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, proven fund administration experience, a relevant professional qualification, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry, including its regulatory requirements.
