Our Jersey office is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our Funds team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a varied and pivotal role that contributes directly to the success of the business.

The role involves supporting the Funds team in the delivery of company secretarial and corporate governance services to a diverse and dynamic portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a varied client portfolio, alongside developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance or fiduciary role within a fund administration environment, hold a relevant professional qualification, and demonstrate a solid understanding of the finance industry, including applicable regulatory requirements.
