​Our Guernsey office is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the People & Culture team on a 6-month temporary basis.

​You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of employee lifecycle processes, projects aligned with the Oak Group People Strategy, and day-to-day operational excellence. The role includes responsibility for ensuring data integrity, supporting line managers on employee matters, and contributing to projects across jurisdictions.

 A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution OR a minimum of 5 years HR related experience is essential as well as a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
