Our Guernsey office is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a small and growing team on a permanent basis.
This role holder is responsible for providing first line technical support and dealing with enquires via phone, e-mail, and face to face in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will be liaising with senior members of the internal technical team and the group’s technology partners to resolve issues where assistance is required.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role or experience in a customer services environment as well as the ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues.
