The role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a Trust and Company administration team, including oversight of a portfolio of complex company and trust structures and the maintenance of key client relationships. A key focus is building and developing strong client relationships, supporting new business development and enhancing Oak’s reputation as a client focused organisation that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
As Senior Manager, you will ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively, delivering high service levels while adhering to Board approved policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. You will hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CGI, ACCA or STEP) and have a strong understanding of fiduciary services, supported by solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure with a proactive, flexible and customer focused approach.
