Our Client Accounting Team in Jersey is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join us on a full time basis. In this role, you will provide high quality bookkeeping services to Oak clients, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth delivery of our accounting function. Your responsibilities will include managing bookkeeping for a varied client portfolio, carrying out regular reconciliations of client ledger accounts, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual statements. You will also support the team with any ad hoc accounting duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast paced financial services environment. You will bring at least five years of relevant financial services experience, together with an understanding of Trust and Company accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
