Oak Group is seeking a Group Company Secretary to join the Guernsey office on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters for the Group (covering various jurisdictions). This role will ensure that the company adheres to regulatory and statutory requirements, maintains high standards of corporate governance, and provides effective support to the Board of Directors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification e.g. ISA (CGP) as well as having a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within finance services. A strong understanding of corporate governance framework is also essential.
