This role is focused on supporting the client remediation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and international regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for conducting detailed reviews of client files, assessing source of wealth and source of funds, completing risk assessments, and ensuring data integrity within systems such as Viewpoint. The role will also support the efficient management and completion of remediation cases, including assisting with client closures. Working closely with client teams and internal stakeholders, the role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, addressing regulatory obligations, and supporting ongoing remediation projects.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in trust/corporate administration or in a compliance function and proven experience completing file reviews. The role holder is expected to apply sound judgment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and operate with diligence and autonomy while providing support to senior colleagues as required.
