The role holder will report to the Group Head of Risk & Compliance and will be responsible for setting and delivering the Risk and Compliance strategy for the combined Accuro–Oak Trust and Fund Jersey business following the merger. The role will provide assurance to the Board, regulators and stakeholders that regulatory, conduct, financial crime and operational risks are appropriately identified, mitigated and managed. The role holder will also lead a unified risk and compliance framework, ensuring consistency, proportionality and regulatory alignment across the Jersey business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Risk & Compliance within trust and fiduciary services and/or fund administration, with a strong understanding of trust regulation, fund structures and AML/CFT frameworks. Applicants should have proven experience holding senior regulated roles and engaging with regulators, strong leadership capability, and the ability to operate at Board level. A relevant professional qualification such as ICA Diploma (or equivalent) or ACAMS is preferred.
