Our People & Culture team are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to support the delivery of the people strategy across Guernsey and multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with the Senior People Manager, the role is responsible for providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and People operations.
The Assistant People Manager will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the development of People initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and organisational change.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional ideally within the financial services industry. Understanding of HR best practice across the full employee lifecycle and experience in handling employee relations matters is essential for this role.
