About Fiona
Fiona is Managing Director of Oak’s Bahamas office. She is a highly experienced private client adviser specialising in complex estate and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families with personal and business assets held across multiple jurisdictions, with particular expertise in international trust structures and cross-border planning.
Prior to joining Oak, Fiona was a Partner and Head of Private Wealth at Maurice Turnor Gardner in London. She has a broad private client practice and is also a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), giving her deep insight into the personal tax and trust needs of internationally mobile clients. Fiona advises on succession strategies for global assets, residence and domicile issues, inter-generational planning and family governance and estate planning for international entrepreneurs.
Fiona is a regular speaker on private client matters and has been recognised for her expertise, including being named one of Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite, listed by The Legal 500 as a key lawyer in her field and consistently ranked in the Chambers HNW guide for her expertise in tax and trusts.
