About Nicole

Nicole joined Oak in early 2025 with over 20 years experience in corporate governance and company secretarial services. Prior to joining Oak, Nicole worked at Praxis Group before the company was acquired by another local fund administrator. 

Nicole has an in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and has experience in listed funds and regulated multi-jurisdictional structures.  She is a natural enthusiast for operational effectiveness, focusing on best governance practice.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cooking and walking her two dogs.
