Ruby Mourant

About Ruby

Ruby joined Oak in 2024 and has over 16 years' financial industry experience, 11 of which have been in the private client sector. Ruby’s focus has been on building key relationships with UHNW and family office clients and managing complex structures, with a wide range of luxury assets and private equity investments. 

In previous roles, Ruby has effectively mentored and coached colleagues, whilst leading projects to improve business efficiencies and productivity, with the key object of improving client and employee outcomes in a risk-based manner. Her experience also expands to providing analytical support to Investment Committees and undertaking company secretarial duties to in-house companies. 

Ruby obtained an International Diploma in Financial Administration in 2013 and her STEP qualification in 2017. Ruby has since successfully completed a programme accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. 

Outside of work

Ruby is an established equestrian and will often be found outdoors with her horses, dogs, and/or her family and friends. Ruby also enjoys Iyengar yoga, a holiday, and gin or two, along with great food.
