Mark Fouracre

About

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector and specialises in the structures of high net worth individuals and private businesses. ​

Prior to joining Oak, Mark was a Director at Intertrust where he had responsibility for a diverse portfolio of corporate and international structures, with a particular emphasis on private wealth high net worth clients and commercial property structures. He joined Oak in 2020 is responsible for a broad range of domestic and foreign corporate structures. ​

He holds Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (Cert IoD) and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). ​

Outside of work

Mark has been a vegetarian for over 30 years, and is passionate about reducing pressure on our planet by encouraging a more plant based diet in our society. Mark is keen to stay fit, and can often be found cycling, swimming or jogging around the beautiful island of Guernsey, or walking his Cocker Spaniel on one of the island’s many beaches
