Our Fund Services business based in Guernsey is seeking an Administrator to join a small team, and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business
This role will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure questions and queries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner, consistently deliver a high standard of client service to meet Oak’s service agreements, conduct book-keeping and management accounts preparation and any other administration task, as required.
The successful candidate will have fund administration experience, be proactive, methodical, with a ‘can do’ attitude and either studying towards a relevant professional qualification or keen to begin study, which will be fully supported by Oak.
