We are looking for a motivated Compliance Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of our compliance framework, including the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Business Risk Assessment. The role includes conducting monitoring reviews, supporting CDD oversight, maintaining compliance registers, assisting with regulatory reporting, and acting as a designate for the MLRO/MLCO when required. You will also undertake ongoing client screening and ad-hoc testing, and contribute to policy and procedure updates.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification, have experience within a compliance or risk function (ideally with experience of Compliance Monitoring Programme), strong knowledge of AML and the GFSC Handbook, and excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. A proactive approach and alignment with our values of integrity, client focus and excellence are essential.
