This role will provide first line technical support, establish and develop internal client relationships and build on the well-established reputation of Oak’s Technology function as an approachable, efficient, and knowledgeable team.

This position will form part of a growing multi-jurisdictional support team, and be responsible for a wide range of technical support and administrative tasks, as well as support with Technology projects as required.

The successful candidate will have 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role, as well as having a genuine interest in Technology. The ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues is essential for this role.
